Individual Coaching

One-on-one coaching allows us to work together on whatever challenges you desire; one week it may be a fertility treatment choice, the next week it may be a work challenge. We generally meet by phone three times per month, 40 minutes per call. You set the agenda and lead the conversation to cover those areas most critical at the time. Whatever you choose to work on, I will stand for you and your dream.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is highly effective and very convenient. You can call from your home, office or car, whatever works best for you. You'll receive coaching while also benefiting from the successes and challenges of the other group participants. The groups are small, no more than 8 participants. It is done by group conference and meets for 8 consecutive weeks for 60 minutes per call.
