HELEN DUTTON, Personal and Business Coach

I have over 16 years of financial, operational, and managerial experience in the corporate arena. I began my professional career in finance, but it quickly grew to envelop administration and operations. As a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, my responsibilities ranged from human resource development to manufacturing.

I have worked for corporations ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, although primarily small to medium-sized companies in the high-technology industry.

Coaching Experience

As my career evolved, I naturally migrated towards coaching. I hired my own personal coach and became a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I started A Vision of Your Own and now practice coaching full time. I am a graduate of Coach U, an accredited program for business and personal coaching. I continue my education and personal growth through conferences, classes, and workshops.

Not surprisingly, my coaching style comes from my life and business experience. I am a strategist, relationship builder, and I love stretching people to grow. Throughout my career, I have been known as a leader, encouraging others to attain more out of life, and having fun at whatever I'm doing. Clients and I frequently brainstorm together, work on financial issues, define purpose and intent, and clarify values.

I founded A Vision of Your Own with the mission to encourage and empower people to find fulfillment and satisfaction in their lives. It's my job to form an active partnership with my clients to help them produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. It's a rewarding partnership for me as well as my clients!
